Full Refund
Full Refunds due to participant cancellation are only available if the participant’s cancellation is made by messaging the SSGT Contact Page and notifying SSGT about their intent to cancel ten (10) days prior to the first scheduled day of the course or courses in question. Refunds for credit card payments will be applied to the card the participant used to make their initial payment. This process may take up to five (5) business days. Refunds for check payments will be made via check payable to the person or entity that made the initial payment. This process may take up to ten (10) business days.

Training Course Credit
A Training Course Credit or Credits will be applied to the account of anyone or any entity that does not meet the above requirements for a full refund. Any and all Training Course Credits will remain valid for up to but not more than 12 months.
